Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Dear guests to provide the best experience for every client, appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Please review the following policies before booking:

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. If multiple clients request the same time slot, the appointment will be reserved for the first completed deposit.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or for missed appointments/no-shows.

Last-minute cancellations, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. This policy protects the time reserved exclusively for your session and helps maintain availability for all clients. Thank you for understanding and respecting the time, preparation, and care that goes into every appointment.

Once massage services have been provided and the session has been completed, refunds will not be issued. If you have any concerns regarding your session, please communicate them during your appointment so we can do our best to ensure your comfort and complete satisfaction.
